An important aspect of the game's developement was that the Double Fine team wanted to make a game with multiplayer, and so this game was built around the idea of multiplayer gameplay. There's another reason I think this game will be great too, and it's not because I'm a JB fan (I am, just for the record.) The release date is October 13th. Personally I was at first a bit skeptical, but after doing a bit of research on this game and the people making it, what Gamespot had to say after checking out demos, etc. Now if you don't like metal, Xbox, and/or Jack Black this isn't the game (or thread) for you, but for those of us that aren't tainted by PS3 fanboyism, anti-headbanging sentiment, or irrational hatred of Jables, let us take this opportunity to discuss this possible masterpiece. First off let me say I'm sorry if a thread about this game has been posted already, I searched for it but didn't find any threads about it.Īnyway, Brutal Legend is an Xbox 360 game by Double Fine Production about a roadie who is transported into another dimension, and fights with the power of Metaaaaal, \m/ (and now would be a good time to say there should be a new emoticon made with the code \m/ so us metalheads can properly show our appreciation of all that is awesome) and the main character is voiced by Jack Black.
